Carlos grew up middle-class in Venezuela before moving to the U.S. at nine. The first year of English didn't come easy. Neither did fitting in. Comedy, music and curiosity became the tools that helped him belong — and, eventually, the way he learned to think for a living.

He spent fifteen years climbing in corporate sales and leadership. He has lived three very different kinds of friction: a toxic culture that slowly stripped away his confidence, an ordinary morning that became the morning that divides a life into before and after, and the self-imposed pressure of leaving a six-figure career — which broke his body before he was willing to admit it needed help. Two ER visits in twelve months can teach you things success never will.

On the other side of each season, the same line kept showing up: failure doesn't define you. It refines you. The Failblazer Method is the framework he built from inside those years — so other people don't have to learn it the hard way.

Today, Carlos is the founder of Carlos Inspire, where he speaks, coaches and runs workshops for leaders, teams and entrepreneurs. He has written over 200 songs, runs multiple businesses, and is still very much in the work.
